(Atlanta Journal Constitution) A former Waffle House waitress from Forsyth County has been arrested for spiking her co-worker’s drink with methamphetamine, an act that authorities said left a 37-year-old man comatose.
"At one point," Dawson County Sheriff’s Office Capt. Tony Wooten said, "[the co-worker] required a feeding tube and ventilator."
Authorities were called to the Waffle House on Hwy. 53 about midnight Dec. 23 after learning the man was having a medical emergency.
