(BOSTON HERALD) MANCHESTER, N.H. — Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush claimed momentum while setting his sights on the next Republican primary battleground as the race heads south.
A fiery Bush — unable to gain enough ground for a second-place Granite State finish — last night slammed pundits who counted him out after the Iowa caucuses.
“They said that the race was now a three-person race between two freshmen senators and a reality TV star,” said Bush, taking a swipe at primary winner Donald Trump. “And while the reality TV star is still doing well, it looks like you all have reset the race, and for that I’m very grateful.”
