Obama's Syria and Russia policy is suspect. He was confrontational only on Russia. I'm not buying it.
The Russian people are pretty strongly anti-American, and now we appear weak. I'm not sure what was the ultimate goal for Obama, but it's fishy. If Rubio wants to continue Obama's high-risk, low-reward policies, that is fishy, too!
