Donald Trump's Hollywood star on the widely known Walk of Fame strip in Los Angeles was spray-painted with a black swastika.
The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce quickly cleaned the image off, the Los Angeles Times reported.

And Leron Gubler, the chamber president and chief executive officer, said to the newspaper: "The Hollywood Walk of Fame is an institution celebrating the positive contributions of the inductees. When people are unhappy with one of our honorees, we would hope that they would project their anger in more positive ways then to vandalize a California state landmark."

This isn't the first tie-in of Trump's name to the swastika, as the Hill noted. Just few weeks ago, officials in Georgia reported investigating images that surfaced of swastikas surrounding a picture of Trump.

And the sister of Anne Frank, the Holocaust girl of "The Diary of Anne Frank" fame, wrote in Newsweek last month Trump is "acting like another Hitler" for his statements about banning Muslims from entering the United States.
