Whoopi Goldberg, Hollywood actress-turned-daytime-talk-show-host, has joined with another, Maya Elisabeth, to launch a marijuana business.

Called Whoopi & Maya, the venture targets women with products that promise to become a “menstrual survival kit” of sorts, CNN Money reported.

The weed shop launched with four products specifically slated to relieve cramps and other discomforts from women’s periods. Some of the store offerings are edibles; others tinctures or liquid extracts, rubs or bath soaks. But all contain the key ingredient in marijuana – cannabis.

“This was all inspired by my own experience from a lifetime of difficult periods and the fact that cannabis was literally the only thing that gave me relief,” Goldberg said, in a press statement.

Elisabeth, who has run her own medical marijuana company Om Edibles since 2008, but has now co-founded this new venture with Goldberg, said product sales will be “discreet,” CNN Money reported.
