(ABC NEWS) Houston is reeling from floods that swept across the area Monday morning, leaving five people dead, hundreds displaced and thousands more without power.
The Houston Office of Emergency Management said two people were found dead in separate cars within the city limits, while another person was found in a vehicle on a toll road on the outskirts of the city. In Walker County, a teacher died in the rising flood waters and another person died in Austin County Monday.
