The terror group, which has been fighting for months against 20,000 Iraqi government troops and allied fighters who are trying to take back the city without destroying its artifacts and buildings, has started grabbing citizens off the streets and from their homes, forcing them to offer up blood for their injured fighters.

Some have even been left to die in the streets, completely drained of blood, Fox News reported, citing witnesses.
