King Obama and the left take hit on amnesty

On Thursday, the Supreme Court issued its long-awaited decision concerning "King" Barack Hussein Obama's executive actions on amnesty for over 5 million illegal aliens, many of whom could be Islamic terrorists. In a 4-4 split decision, the Supreme Court justices divided along perceived ideological lines – so-called conservatives justices effectively finding that the amnesty exceeded Obama's authority by abrogating the role of Congress to legislate any change to our immigration laws and the so-called leftist justices effectively finding that the king could do anything he pleases. While the Supreme Court did not issue a reasoned opinion, it does not take rocket science to read between the lines. As a result of this split, the courageous rulings of the Honorable Andrew Hanen of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas and its appeals court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, which affirmed his preliminary injunctions previously blocking the executive ordered amnesty, will remain in effect.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio, my friend and client who started the ball rolling in challenging Obama's executive amnesty by our filing the first lawsuit to have it ruled unlawful, in December 2014 before the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, should get a lot of credit for this Supreme Court victory. While our case was dismissed initially by an Obama-appointed judge, Beryl Howell, who dishonestly called it a political ploy, and while the leftist Obama- and Clinton-packed appellate court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, was pleased to cheaply rubber stamp the dismissal, America's sheriff and I did not give up. We later intervened in the Texas federal case of Judge Hanen and filed amicus briefs there and before the Supreme Court. See www.freedomwatchusa.org. Importantly, the original complaint Sheriff Joe and I filed in the District of Columbia, weeks ahead of the Texas case, was virtually copied by the attorney general of the Lone Star State and the 25 other states that joined in. In short, America's sheriff and we at Freedom Watch were the inspiration, if not the guidepost, for the Texas case.

Following our collective Supreme Court victory, the tyrant king reacted defensively and angrily. In a self-serving and contrived statement, Obama railed against the decision, berating Republicans and conservatives – obviously Sheriff Arpaio and me included – for taking a position contrary to the virtuous immigration history of the United States. Interestingly, in so doing, Obama harkened back to the wave immigration of the 20th century, which he said was responsible for the greatness of America, citing the inflow of Germans, Irish, Africans (including from his ancestral Kenya) and other nationalities, but conspicuously leaving out the Jews.

This comes as no surprise from our "Muslim King," as his not too latent anti-Semitism and hatred of all things Jewish, Israel in particular, is now more than documented for the history books, as is the existential cancer he has allowed to grow to tragic proportions in the Middle East, threatening the survival of the Jewish state, our own nation and Western civilization. Obama's statement was a more than disgusting display of ego and arrogance, as usual telling the American people that he knows best for the United States and the world. It's a wonder this son of a Muslim father who was ironically deported from the United States as an illegal alien as he overstayed a student visa, and not coincidentally hated our nation, did not once again summon up what he frequently calls "the Holy Quran" for justification. Never mind the hordes of undocumented aliens, including Muslim terrorists, who he has no problem allowing to remain in the country. After all, as he declared recently in the wake of terrorist attacks in San Bernardino, Orlando and elsewhere here and abroad, more people die of accidents in bathtubs yearly than in terrorist attacks at the hands of his fellow Muslims. While this may be so, the prospect of preventing future terrorist attacks by Obama's Islamic brothers looks bleak.

Indeed, little noticed by design in the "lame stream" media were remarks which foretold that Obama would take no action now to deport the illegal aliens for which he had illegally granted amnesty – thus defying both Judge Hansen and the Supreme Court. Instead, his current plan, supported by Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, who has taken millions of dollars for her family foundation from countries like Saudi Arabia and Brunei, which support terrorism and terrorists – is to unleash a wave of Muslim immigration onto our shores from, at a minimum, refugees in war-torn Syria. As even our compromised CIA Director John Brennan, believed by some to possibly be a closet Muslim himself, testified before Congress in the last days, ISIS has used and will continue to infiltrate its fighters into the United States through this wave of Muslim refugee immigration. Brennan's "come to Jesus" truth telling, however late, was poignant and, of course, self-serving. Brennan does not want to align himself with a lame duck president who will leave office before his term ends as CIA director, and later take blame for the wave of Muslim and ISIS terrorist attacks that clearly will occur with even greater frequency.

Thank God for patriots like Sheriff Joe who will stick their necks out to preserve our culture and our safety. The courageous actions of my friend and client stand in stark contrast to the likes the Muslim King and Hillary Clinton, who would allow our country to be overrun by illegal aliens, some of which are Islamic terrorists bent on murdering us in the name of their phony, evil "god," allah.
