The shooting broke out at a Black Lives Matter protest in Dallas last night, where people gathered to speak out against the police shootings of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile. Everything was peaceful, and the cops were protecting the protesters, until the shooting started.
Now, the fact that white cops were specifically targeted has led many people to blame the Black Lives Matter movement for attacking and demonizing the police.
