C.J. Pearson, a conservative black teenage activist who rocked national headlines in recent months with criticisms of President Obama, has jumped into the spotlight once again with a video blasting the FBI’s leading man, James Comey, and his recommendation against indicting Hillary Clinton over her email server actions.
“This is despicable, disgusting and a disgrace to our justice system,” Pearson said, in a video posted on his Facebook page. “Hillary Clinton is guilty. James Comey said it himself. … He said she was being extremely careless. Well, the letter of the law says that if you’re grossly negligent, you have to be charged.”
Pearson said his main point of contention with Comey’s recommendation was that it represented a special treatment – an above-the-law type of move that wouldn’t be given those outside the political limelight.
“It shows that the political class is once again shielding each other from accountability,” he said. “If you and me broke the law, we would be in jail. We would be gone. Hillary Clinton goes scott free. That is disgusting. It’s not OK. I’m tired of it.”
He then said Americans need to get louder about holding their politicians accountable, and wrapped with a blunt message to Clinton.
“I take issue with that and I demand accountability and so should every other American,” Pearson said. “Hillary, do better or end your campaign.”
A new ABC News/Washington Post poll shows the majority of Americans have a problem with Comey’s recommendation against indicting Hillary. As WND reported, fully 56 percent of American – Republicans, Democrats and independents – think Comey ought to have recommended Clinton be charged for her handling of emails while secretary of state.
