Congratulations to Dr. Michael Savage, a prophet of our time, on attaining the most prestigious award in the radio industry, induction into the National Radio Hall of Fame in Chicago. Savage takes his place of honor with past inductees, true giants of radio, including Edward R. Murrow, Orson Welles, Paul Harvey, Douglas Edwards, Bob (Elliott) and Ray (Goulding), Dan Ingram, Howie Carr, Rush Limbaugh, Walter Winchell, Garrison Keillor, Jean Shepherd and Barry Farber.
In the 20 years of listening to his show, I've marveled at Dr. Savage's deep understanding of the human psyche, his humor and eloquence, and his prophetic powers reinforced by an extensive knowledge of history and numerous other subjects. Ignored by most talk-show competitors, Savage nevertheless steered the national debate by opening millions of closed or clueless minds in exposing liberalism as a mental disorder and emphasizing borders, language and culture as legs of a tripod supporting a nation. Savage's common sense arguments and repeated warnings of liberalism unraveling civil society have finally won the day in the arena of ideas. Let's pray it's not too late.
Kudo to WND for recognizing the historical importance of Dr. Savage.
