During a January Democratic presidential debate, Hillary Clinton proclaimed, “There should be no bank too big to fail and no individual too powerful to jail.”
However, after escaping criminal charges for her mishandling of classified information, Hillary appears to be too powerful to jail, at least in the eyes of the FBI and Justice Department.
That should never happen in this country, according to New York Times bestselling author Jerome Corsi.
“In America, the truth is anyone committing a criminal act needs to be brought to justice, no matter how rich or how lofty or how politically popular,” said Corsi, author of the eye-opening new book “Partners in Crime: The Clintons’ Scheme to Monetize the White House for Personal Profit.”
Corsi, who is also a WND senior staff writer, recalled prosecutors in the Whitewater scandal had written up indictments of Hillary Clinton that were quashed because of her status. But power and fame and even the White House do not give someone a license to steal, Corsi noted, and the Clintons did not stop stealing after they swiped the White House silverware when they left in 2001.
Instead, they established the Clinton Foundation as a tax-exempt charity supposedly dedicated to building Bill Clinton’s presidential library in Little Rock, Arkansas. However, they used the foundation and its offshoots to steal hundreds of millions of dollars, according to Corsi, from donors who thought they were contributing to a good cause.
Corsi lays out the scam in “Partners in Crime.”

For example, the Clinton Foundation diverted more than $75 million in UNITAID funds from their intended purpose – the prevention, treatment and diagnosis of HIV/AIDS in Third World countries. Furthermore, the Clintons arranged the purchase of defective generic drugs for HIV/AIDS patients in Africa.
The Clintons also profited off of earthquakes in India and Haiti. They raised millions of dollars for the American India Foundation in several states in which the foundation was not legally registered as a charity. Worse, Bill Clinton diverted substantial disaster relief funds to himself and his associates, some of whom ended up in prison.
After the January 2010 earthquake in Haiti, Bill Clinton was given a leadership role in coordinating international aid efforts. With so much power over disaster-relief contributions, Clinton diverted a majority of the ostensibly charitable donations to his corporate cronies. Only a tiny fraction of donations were actually used to meet the immediate needs of earthquake victims.

The Clintons also were involved in numerous shady dealings with Canadian mining financier Frank Giustra. Among the more serious: Hillary, as secretary of state, allowed a subsidiary of the Russian State Atomic Nuclear Agency to purchase majority control of Uranium One, a Giustra company that controlled half of all uranium output in the U.S. Giustra was a prominent Clinton Foundation donor, as were several Uranium One investors.
All the lies and scams are more than Americans should tolerate, according to Corsi.
“‘Crooked Hillary,’ as Donald Trump says, is also Lying Hillary,” Corsi charged. “The Democratic Party is wink-wink and you get the mainstream media wink-wink.
“Well, I’m sorry: When the victims are the American public, when the victims are the Constitution of the United States and the laws of the United States, enough is enough. Hillary and Bill Clinton need to be indicted and convicted.”
That’s why Corsi wrote “Partners in Crime.” In the book, he calls for a state-level campaign to force an investigation of the Clintons for inurement – using charitable donations to the Clinton Foundation to enrich themselves and their friends.
“We need to run a campaign to make sure that Hillary is recognized as a criminal along with Bill and brought to justice for their crimes,” Corsi said. “The Clinton Foundation needs to be shut down, and we need to have no more criminal scams, ‘charities,’ and we need to examine the regulators as to why the regulators tolerated what was known to be criminal activity.”
The author believes America is better than the Clintons and their schemes.
“This is not the America our Founding Fathers created,” Corsi said. “It is not the land of the Clinton criminals and the home of the defrauded.”
