(The Wrap) Like most people who delve into the world of online dating, Josh Duggar wasn’t entirely forthcoming about his looks. And now it could cost him, thanks to a new lawsuit filed by a man who claims that the disgraced former reality TV star jacked his face for his Ashley Madison account.
In the lawsuit, filed Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court, Los Angeles-based DJ Matt McCarthy claim that Duggar used “several” of McCarthy’s pictures on his Ashley Madison profile, as well as his Twitter and OkCupid accounts.
As a result, McCarthy claims, friends and family came to believe that McCarthy was somehow involved in Duggar’s “licentious, illegal and morally despicable misconduct.” McCarthy also claims that he received “harassing and humiliating messages” referring to him as “Josh Duggar,” “Duggar’s Boy Toy” and “DJ Duggar.”
