MANATEE CO., Fla. (WWSB) - Tropical storm Hermine dumped so much water in Bradenton Wednesday that alligators were swimming down streets.
Bradenton resident Iris, who owns a business called Edibles, posted a video from her car while trying to drive down a flooded street in Bradenton. From the right side of the road, an alligator swims toward her car.
"Hey, Mama!" she yells, "I think I found a .... crocodile?" In her posts she says she's afraid to let her children play outside for fear of what might be in the water.
