Hillary possible suffers from multiple sclerosis! Dysconjugate gaze palsy is one of the characteristics of MS, due to Internuclear Ophthalmoplegia, which results from a demyelinating lesion in the Median Longitudinal Fasciculus. That would explain her ataxia as well. As for Parkinsonism, the two are not mutually exclusive, as they may be comorbidities.
