(Cox Media) An Iowa woman was arrested this week on suspicion of voter fraud.
Terri Lynn Rote, 55, is accused of casting two ballots, according to The Des Moines Register. Rote submitted the ballots at different locations. She was arrested Thursday on a first-degree election misconduct charge, a felony.
Rote told Iowa Public Radio, "I wasn't planning on doing it twice, it was spur of the moment. The polls are rigged."
