(MIRROR) — Clint Eastwood has claimed too many people are labelled heroes because of political correctness.
The Oscar-winning star has directed Sully: Miracle On The Hudson, a film about the pilot who landed a stricken passenger plane on New York's Hudson River in 2009.
Eastwood said pilot Chesley "Sully" Sullenberger, who saved the lives of all 155 people on board, has been rightly hailed a hero but the term was often "overdone".

"It's certainly different to when I grew up," he said.
