(WASHINGTON TIMES) South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley is set to meet with President-elect Donald Trump Thursday as Mr. Trump considers a host of candidates to fill key administration slots.
“We’re very happy that Governor Haley is coming to meet with President-elect Trump. I’m sure they’ll have a broad, wide-ranging conversation,” Trump transition official Kellyanne Conway said on “CBS This Morning.”
Ms. Haley’s name has been mentioned as a possible secretary of state for Mr. Trump, along with former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, former Ambassador to the U.N. John Bolton and Sen. Bob Corker.
