And this may be a good thing.
It's funny (not "ha ha" funny) that no matter how many years go by and how long the Democrats have run things in this country, the left is still not satisfied.
Jim Garrison, founder of Ubiquity University, like so many leftists, told us in 2013, five years into Obama's presidency, that he believes "we are headed into a catastrophic system failure because of the collective refusal of our governments to deal adequately with climate change. I believe at the same time there is a huge, growing number of people who want fundamental change."

For those unfamiliar – and I don't why you would be familiar – Jim Garrison is your typical leftist ideologue. Like so many on the left these days, he is in a constant yet unattainable quest for Nirvana. This is why he and "a growing number" like him are not now and will be never be satisfied with whomever they elect. They also have this odd penchant for excusing inexcusable behavior and defending the indefensible. For example, and a good laugh, you may read his latest masterpiece, posted at HuffPo, entitled, "Muhammad was a Feminist." Yep – you read that right.
Anyway, weren't these issues two of the most prominent features of Barack Obama's original campaign prior to the 2008 election – some eight years ago – that the people are looking for Hope and Change? The inference, of course, was that to achieve "Change," we must elect Barack Milhous Hussein Benito Obama (hat tip: Mark Levin). Only then can we realize this ethereal evolution the left is constantly striving for.
Did Obama not exclaim that, "We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America"? Why yes – yes, he did.
What happened? When last I checked the words "change" and "transform" were synonymous. Don't tell me even Obama was not the "change" Garrison and his ilk were looking for.

And did Barack not practically scream out that same year (2008) that, "this was the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow, and our planet began to heal." He certainly did. Again – what happened? According to the loony left, the sea levels are rising quicker than ever.
Now, almost eight years after electing one who was touted as the most transformative candidate in the history of this nation, progressive boobs like Jim Garrison are still complaining, and not just some, but "a huge and growing number of people," that they want change.
By electing 30-year Washington insider Hillary "Pay for Play" Clinton, what chance do any leftists like Garrison have to achieve their goal of "fundamental change"? If they are disappointed with the performance of Obama, imagine how they will feel after a year or two of Hillary.
Thanks to the influence of people like Jim Garrison and his Ubiquity University, as well as other colleges, universities, secondary and even middle schools, no candidate will ever live up to the new left's expectations. If Karl Marx himself were to somehow be resurrected and win this election, the new left would not be satisfied, because what they claim to want can't be achieved on Earth. And frankly, I don't think they know what they want, beyond the buzz words and sound bites they mindlessly repeat, like diversity and equality.
However, for us on the right, these loons may provide a silver lining to an otherwise miserable election season. I think it is entirely possible that Jim Garrison and a whole lot of like-minded loonies may sit this election out, knowing full well that a president Hillary may set back years their quest for "fundamental change" and otherwise tarnish the progressive brand. To them, I believe this is far more important than any one candidate.
