(WPXI) There's evidence white wine may increase the risk of melanoma -- the most deadly type of skin cancer.
The new study from Brown University will be published in the journal Cancer Epidemiology, Biomarkers & Prevention, a journal of the American Association for Cancer Research.
The study followed more than 200,000 adults for an average of 18 years.

It showed that each drink per day of white wine increased the risk of melanoma by 13 percent among white men and women.
