It's a growing trend across America: Members of MS-13, a highly organized and well-funded Central American gang, are terrorizing U.S. neighborhoods and communities with unspeakably horrific violence.

And so-called "sanctuary" communities remain determined to protect illegal aliens, despite outbreaks of violence in their schools and neighborhoods.
In the latest case, a 31-year-old illegal alien – who has admitted to being a member of MS-13 – has already been deported four times and is now accused of a horrific sex attack on a 2-year-old child in Long Island, New York.

The criminal case involves Tommy Alvarado-Ventura, who is also accused of brutally stabbing a woman in a parking lot. And using a knife to assault and slash his girlfriend. All in five hours.
The case is "probably the most heinous criminal act I've ever seen," said Acting Nassau County Police Department Commissioner Thomas Krumpter, according to NBC New York. "It really is nauseating."

Police say the suspect is "an admitted member of the notoriously violent El Salvadorian gang MS-13," NBC reported, and he has a deportation history dating back to 2006. Police could confirm at least one was related to a criminal conviction.
Alvarado-Ventura is accused of sexually assaulting his girlfriend's 2-year-old daughter while the mom was away.
"Alvarado-Ventura went to a nearby bar and got into a fight with a 24-year-old woman over a marijuana purchase, police say. When the woman left the bar, he allegedly confronted her in the parking lot, started punching and kicking her, and then stabbed her multiple times."
She ended up hospitalized in serious condition.
Back at his home, he was confronted by his girlfriend when she returned, and he then stabbed her repeatedly. The little girl had surgery for her injuries; her mom was treated for stab wounds after she endured a severe beating.

It was just one of the recent cases of extreme violence by illegal aliens whose presence inside the United States is terrorizing communities and costing taxpayers huge sums.
In Houston, another sanctuary city, MS-13 members with a Satanic shrine in their apartment "kidnapped, drugged and raped a 14-year-old Houston girl and murdered another to appease an insulted demon," the U.K. Daily Mail reported March 2.
Two illegal-alien gang members, Miguel Angel Alvarez-Flores, 22, and Diego Alexan Hernandez-Rivera, 18, laughed and waved as they appeared in a Houston court March 1 on charges of aggravated kidnapping and murder.

They reportedly kidnapped a 14-year-old girl as she left school Feb. 2 and kept her in an apartment, where she was raped. After four days, she was taken to another apartment where six gang members lived and had a shrine to Satan.
The girl said her kidnappers held her down, and Flores tattooed an image of a giant grim reaper extending from her knee to her foot.
After another girl known only as Genesis tried to destroy the shrine, Flores said the “Beast” demanded a soul sacrifice. Genesis was reportedly shot dead, with wounds to her head and chest. Her body was found Feb. 16.
The two gang members are scheduled to appear in court April 18.

Meanwhile, 13 members of MS-13 were arrested in Brentwood, New York, on March 2 after they allegedly murdered three high-school students.
The students were assaulted with baseball bats and a machete while they walked through their neighborhood.
Prosecutors and police said the 13 members of MS-13 were charged with numerous violent crimes and seven murders stretching over a period of five years.
Their victims included Brentwood High School students Nisa Mickens, 15, and Kayla Cuevas, 16, both of whom were attacked by a car full of teens. The body of their former friend and classmate, Jose Pena-Hernandez, 18, was located at an abandoned state psychiatric hospital.
Ten of the 13 indicted suspects are from El Salvador or Honduras and in the U.S. illegally.
In Alexandria, Virginia, called an "inclusive city," MS-13 member Reinaldo Mauricio Portillo Membreno, 18, pleaded guilty March 13 to stabbing a man to death with a machete and a knife and nearly decapitating him on Nov. 8, 2015.
Just weeks ago, Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly highlighted the issue of exploding MS-13 violence across America on his show, “The O’Reilly Factor”:
“Why this gang is so dangerous, unlike some of the other gangs who sell drugs for money and engage in extortion and then use violence to protect that economic activity, this gang engages in violence for sport. So they’re particularly dangerous,” Suffolk County Police Commissioner Timothy Sini told O’Reilly. “They engage in just brutal levels of violence. And we need to do everything we can to get them off our streets.”

Henry Sanchez, 18, had an ICE detainer for his deportation but felt safe in Montgomery County, Maryland, where he attended school as a ninth-grader at Rockville High School.
Also just recently, two illegal aliens, ages 17 and 18, were arrested and charged with the brutal rape of a 14-year-old girl in a school bathroom at Rockville High in Montgomery County, Maryland. As WND reported, the two illegal aliens, identified as Henry Sanchez, 18, of Guatemala and Jose Montano, 17, of El Salvador, were placed in ninth-grade classes. Both teens were detained at the U.S.-Mexico border in 2016 and targeted for deportation proceedings, the Baltimore Sun reported.
"I think it's important to remember that this really starts with the feds," said Daniel Horowitz, senior editor at Conservative Review. "People are focusing on sanctuary cities, but we've had a sanctuary nation policy where essentially we've telegraphed a message to Latin America that if you come here with children, even teenagers, even hardened criminals and gang members, you are here to stay."
Horowitz, author of "Stolen Sovereignty: How to Stop Unelected Judges from Transforming America," noted the U.S. has an entire program dedicated to resettling unaccompanied alien minors in America just like refugees, except the refugee resettlement process is at least somewhat selective. He considers it a huge problem that the feds are willing to welcome illegal-alien children without question.
"The left has long used children as the hook to support open borders, much like they do with every policy; they want to draw on the emotional strength of children," he said. "But the problem is, like any other population, illegal immigrants are not all innocent children. In fact, Trump had it right when he said during the primary that to a large degree, many people running over our lawless border are not their best citizens."
Statistics on the problem are stunning, and even more so given that some jurisdictions don't tabulate whether criminals are in America legally or illegally.
"By the way, Texas has less than half the criminal alien jail and prison population of California, which has over 100,000 criminal aliens occupying facilities supported by California taxpayers," Tancredo observed.
"According to a summary report on sanctuary policies from Federation for American Immigration Reform and numerous media reports, it's not just San Francisco, New York and Chicago that are obstructing federal deportation of violent criminals," he continued. "About 300 local city and county jurisdictions have adopted official policies to refuse cooperation with immigration enforcement in open violation of federal law. And California is not the only place with a statewide sanctuary policy."
He revealed even more.
"A 2011 Government Accountability Office report revealed that the typical criminal alien inmate in federal prisons had been arrested 12 times for various offenses. … The Texas DPS report cited above said criminal aliens arrested over that five-year period had been arrested for an average of 2.5 crimes. Taking the average number of crimes committed by ARRESTED criminal aliens as five, and extrapolating from the data on the total number of criminal alien inmates in state and local jails in 2016, the approximately 300,000 criminal aliens in state and local jails are responsible for over 1,500,000 crimes."
Tancredo concluded: "Eve the pro-sanctuary Denver Post could not ignore two recent cases where an ICE detainer request was ignored and illegal aliens were released by the Denver jail and then arrested for homicide only weeks later. One case was a hit-and-run accident that left a young woman dead, and the second was a brutal murder at a light rail stop."
There are several blog level resources online that do keep tabs on such violence, although totals, again, are not firm because of the practice that some jurisdictions have of not monitoring illegal aliens.
The United States Illegal Alien Crime Report reveals, based on various reports, illegal aliens have been suspected of at least six deaths – in just the last week.
In North Carolina, a Salvadoran 18-year-old was accused of murder. A Massachusetts teacher was allegedly killed by a 49-year-old who worked in for the city. A case developed in Mecklenburg County in North Carolina where a 21-year-old was accused of murder. A "dreamer" was accused of two counts of the murders of two teens in Colorado, and an "illegal alien killed a 79-year-old man in a wrong-way crash" in Texas.
The Federation for American Immigration Reform also highlights egregious cases.
"Illegal immigration is not a victimless crime. All across the country, Americans are having their lives forever changed by criminal aliens," the organization warns.
For example, Tessa Tranchant, 16, was killed in 2007 in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
"Tessa and her friend, Ali Kunhardt, were sitting at a stoplight when Alfredo Ramos, an illegal alien from Mexico who was intoxicated and speeding, rear-ended their car. Ramos had a history of prior convictions, but due to Virginia Beach's sanctuary policies, he was never detained. He was charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter and sentenced to 40 years in prison."
WND reported in 2016 an illegal immigrant gang member who was deported twice in the last two years has been charged with murder in the fatal stabbing of a teenager in Maryland.
Oscar Delgado-Perez, 28, was arrested in Montgomery County after allegedly stabbing Cristian Villigran-Morales more than 40 times, Fox 32 reported.
The victim worked as a landscaper, earning money to help his family back home in Guatemala, according to the Fox report.

Oscar Delgado-Perez is an illegal alien charged with the murder of a Maryland teen
His killer was allegedly a member of the notorious "MS-13," a gang of mostly Salvadorans active in the Washington, D.C., area as well as many other U.S. cities.
These type of attacks by criminal aliens happen every day, according to immigration watchdogs. In 2015, Kate Steinle, 32, was shot and killed while walking with her family on a pier by a previously deported felon protected by San Francisco's sanctuary city policies.

Kate Steinle, 32, was killed while visiting the pier in San Francisco with her father and other family members.
The problem of violent crime by illegals, while drawing scant media attention, is not new. As far back as 2007, WND reported on "thousands" of illegals being caught in a sex-offender sting operation by the Department of Homeland Security.
Rampant illegal immigration also drives up costs for the penal system. According to a 2014 study, nearly 37 percent of all federal sentencing involves illegal immigrants.
