(WKRC) Three would-be burglars were killed and their getaway driver arrested after they encountered the 23-year-old son of the man whose home they intended to burglarize.
The 21-year-old woman police identified as the group’s getaway driver – Elizabeth Marie Rodriguez – turned herself in to the Broken Arrow Police Department hours after the shooting, according to the Wagoner County Sheriff’s Office. Wagoner County investigators interviewed her at the police department and subsequently arrested her on complaints of three counts of first-degree murder and three counts of first-degree burglary.
