WASHINGTON – It’s getting nasty out there in the “mainstream,” Russo-phobic, Islamophilic media world of CNN.
After Donald Trump posted a tweet Saturday urging “smart, vigilant and tough” actions in response to the London Bridge attack, CNN host Reza Aslan, best known for his multicultural human brain-eating stunt, labeled the president “a piece of sh–” in a retaliatory post.
Here’s Trump’s post:
We need to be smart, vigilant and tough. We need the courts to give us back our rights. We need the Travel Ban as an extra level of safety!

“We need to be smart, vigilant and tough. We need the courts to give us back our rights. We need the Travel Ban as an extra level of safety!” the president urged.
Aslan posted and has since removed his uncensored tweet, which stated:
“This piece of sh– is not just an embarrassment to America and a stain on the presidency. He’s an embarrassment to humankind.”
Sunday afternoon, Aslan posted an apology for his obscene outburst.
“I should not have used a profanity to describe the President when responding to his shocking reaction to the #LondonAttacks. My statement:
“When in the first few minutes of the terror attack in London, the President of the United States tweeted about his travel ban, I lost my cool and responded to him in a derogatory fashion. That’s not like me. I should have used better language to express my shock and frustration at the president’s lack of decorum and sympathy for the victims of London. I apologize for my choice of words.”

On one controversial episode of Aslan’s CNN show “Believer,” the host sat with a shunned, Aghori guru from an extremist sect of Hinduism that engages in cannibalism. With his face coated in crematory ash, Aslan and the guru sampled human brain together. The episode was widely condemned. But it helped elevate Aslan’s notoriety.
With that in mind, a day after the Trump-Aslan Twitter war, former Gov. Mike Huckabee may have had the last word.
He tweeted: “CNN host Reza Asian [sic] calls Donald Trump POS-same guy who ate human brain on TV. Must have been his own brain.”

Will there be repercussions for Aslan’s extracurricular Twitter posting at CNN?
Unlikely, since CNN appears to be comfortable in its role as the semi-official alt-Left cable network, featuring round-the-clock conspiracy theorizing about Russia’s successful effort to steal the 2016 presidential election for POTUS, otherwise known around CNN as POS.
