To our beloved kin back home:
As a former colony of Great Britain, we Americans find your struggles close to our hearts. The recent terror attacks in your country unfortunately only reflect the continuing trend plaguing the British Isles as well as the Continent. We offer our greatest sympathy for your losses, but more substantially, we feel it our duty to tell you that we are coming to view your situation with grave concern.
After a brief period of resentment, our people have always looked on our mother country with fondness, but we now see that mother country and indeed many more of our European ancestral homes disintegrating before our eyes.

All over Europe, the leaders of your nations tell you not to let the terrorists win as the terrorists win in attack after attack after attack. The leaders of your nations tell you that you cannot cower to terrorism, but this is no different than telling you that you cannot react to terrorism by taking any action to defend yourselves or your land. By all means, they say, do not let the terrorists upset your lives. If you did, you might feel compelled to actually do something about them.
Rather, as long as your people are persuaded to keep carrying on as usual and as long as their daily lives are not affected, they will not be moved to action. The populace is thereby controlled by leaders who essentially encourage the people to do nothing and to calmly accept the new reality. By this, your leaders practically facilitate the success of the terrorists and the surrender and slaughter of your people. Perhaps you ought to ask your leaders whose side they are on.
Your British prime minister says that terrorism will only be defeated when you convince all people to turn away from violence and to accept that freedom and human rights are superior values. Yes, why don't you get right to work on that? She says in one breath: "Enough is enough. Everybody needs to go about their lives as they normally would." Well then apparently it is not enough, is it? The mayor of your capital city calls for you to be stoic in the face of terrorism! Stoicism is the endurance of pain or hardship without showing any feelings or making any complaint. Stoicism is patience, resignation, endurance and tolerance. Is stoicism what you ought to feel when your daughters are murdered and your people slaughtered on the street? Is that what you feel? Stoicism?
There is a grave and existential threat facing your societies, and it lies in causes, not symptoms. The terrorism is only a symptom. A nation is not its government or its policies; a nation is its people, and your people are being slaughtered, conquered, cowed and replaced with other people – people whose homelands have always reflected the violence and other unpleasant behaviors that are now increasingly reflected in yours. There is nothing to be said for preserving your values if the people preserving them do not survive the process. Britain is Britain because the British made it so. When Britain is no longer British, it will no longer be Britain. The land will remain, but the nation will fall.

The strongholds of England, all of the United Kingdom and all of Europe are visibly weakening day by day. The longer you wait, the more difficult will be your fight to recover.
With concern for your fight and concern for your victory, we write to you now with hope that you will awaken to the forces that are destroying you, as we likewise appreciate your concern for us as we awaken to the similar forces seeking to destroy us.
The British Empire was once the greatest power on Earth. We, your former colony, have great faith in your people – both their will and their honor – and we implore you now to recover your identity and your strength … for all our sakes.
With love, respect, and hope,
Your national descendant, America.
