Where’s evidence Jesus isn’t Messiah?

By WND Staff

[To Joseph Farah:] Your column states that Benyamin Abrahamson bases his rebuttal to you upon “Rabbinic Judaism” and the “nascent Sanhedrin.”

My Christianity is based upon the Word of Truth and the Spirit of Truth. Yeshua said, “If you continue in my word then … you shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free (John 8:31-32). In Luke 24:44 Jesus said, “… all things must be fulfilled which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.”

If Benyamin Abrahamson, Rabbinic Judaism and the nascent Sanhedrin are based upon the Law of Moses, the prophets and the psalms, what have they found there that refutes Jesus being the Messiah? If there is nothing in these Old Testament Scriptures rejecting Jesus’ claim to be the Messiah, on what basis do Rabbinic Judaism and the nascent Sanhedrin reject that claim? If there is something, then would they please illuminate us so that we do not continue in being deceived? Would they please address this question?

I know of no other foundation for building bridges between Christians and Jews than the Word of Truth and the Spirit of Truth and the Mercy of God (Romans 11:29-32).
