After Donald Trump decided to "Make America Great Again" and announced his candidacy for POTUS, the media, political figures, late-night TV hosts and political experts all made the confident assurance that NEVER would Donald Trump become our nation's leader. Even certain Republicans were heard speaking "Never Trump."
Nov. 8, 2016, told us a different story. Fast forward to September 2017 and the election of Judge Roy Moore to advance to the Alabama U.S. Senate race to be held in December. Moore's Democratic opponent, Doug Jones, will no doubt be the recipient of huge cash backing from the Clinton, Obama and Soros camp, as well as the Democratic Party. I even predict that some Republicans will be squawking the "Never Moore" mantra.
Let's face facts. The judge just doesn't fit in with the crowd in D.C. He will be the square peg trying to fit into the round hole. Roy Moore is not a politician; he is a statesman, cut from the same cloth as the founders of this nation.

Dr. Ben Carson made the keen observation: "We've been conditioned to think that only politicians can solve our problems. But at some point, maybe we will wake up and recognize that it was politicians who created our problems."
I hope and pray that Roy Moore becomes the next senator to represent Alabama in our nation's Capitol.
