(TAMPA BAY TIMES) On Wednesday, Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn gave police searching for the killer who is terrorizing Seminole Heights one mission:
"Bring his head to me, all right?" the mayor said. "Let's go get it done."

The unusual charge was delivered at a Seminole Heights park where several dozen officers were gathered for roll call before their afternoon shift. They showed little response to Buckhorn's remarks. And after listening to Brian Dugan, Tampa's interim police chief, say they've brought "a sense of calmness, a sense of peace" to a frightened neighborhood, they headed out by car, bike and foot to resume their patrols.
