(London Daily Mail) Police tonight ruled out terrorism after 11 people were injured when a car mounted a pavement and mowed down pedestrians outside London's Natural History Museum.
A man was pinned down by security guards and detained by police in Kensington - one of the capital's biggest tourist destinations.
It comes as the country's current terror threat level stands at severe following a string of attacks this year causing many witnesses to fear the worst as panic ensued.

Counter-terrorism officers were dispatched to the scene which has been cordoned off following the crash.
