(DailyWire) According to the Huffington Post, an LAPD investigation of That 70s Show star Danny Masterson has inexplicably stalled, even though at least four women alleged to law enforcement that Masterson "violently raped" them back in the early 2000s.
HuffPo seems to imply that because Masterson is a Scientologist — a powerful force in Hollywood, specifically, and California, in general — that the Church of Scientology has been involved in trying to get Masterson off the hook. Three of Masterson's accusers are also Scientologists, and reporting inside-the-Church crimes to authorities is considered "suppressive" behavior by the organization, which keeps strict control over its members.
