(DAILY MAIL) — A Spanish city has come under fire for approving its official Christmas poster depicting an interpretation of the angel Gabriel in what critics allege is ‘a sexual and disgusting pose’.
The design shows God’s messenger in front of a bottle containing an iris and an explosion of light which many people in Seville are not happy with, saying it makes a ‘mockery’ out of the tourist hotspot.
They say it is too saucy for their liking and smacks of an erotic act though the artist says nothing is further from the truth and he had absolutely no intention of suggesting this.
