The early results of a new Thanksgiving week campaign designed to inspire millions of Americans to send digital thank-you cards to President Trump for his first-year accomplishments suggest participants are expressing not only gratitude, but a spiritual message as well.

WND launched this campaign only on Tuesday, but the response has already been overwhelming at Participants have six card designs to choose from, but so far more than half of senders (53 percent) have opted for the card that reads, “Praying for your continued success! May the Lord bless you and keep you.”

Meanwhile, 21 percent have sent the card reading, “Thank you, President Trump, for putting AMERICA FIRST!” Nine percent have sent a card reading, “Thank you, President Trump, for the real HOPE and CHANGE!” Another 9 percent sent cards that read, “Mr. President, thank you for your service!” Four percent of cards have read “MAGA-nificent!” and 3 percent have read “What happened? Trump happened!”

“We decided to launch this campaign a week before Thanksgiving for a reason,” said Joseph Farah, founder of WND and the author of “The Restitution of All Things: Israel, Christians and the End of the Age.” “Thanksgiving is a very spiritual holiday, or was intended to be. From the beginning, it was designated as a day to give thanks to God for His provision.

“I believe many Americans see God’s hand in the election of Donald Trump – an event that seemed to all the ‘experts’ to be nearly an impossibility. Even less likely was the chance that he would govern and lead in a way that would be pleasing to God and His followers. Yet, Donald Trump defied all the odds. He won. And he has honored God since becoming president in a way not seen since Ronald Reagan left the White House.

“Because of all that and more, I’m not surprised that people are responding to this campaign in like manner – by choosing a message and a card that is God-centered. Of course, WND has for more than 20 years been the largest online Christian content site of any kind in the world. Perhaps as the campaign goes viral, the choice of digital cards may shift.”

The Thank Trump Card Campaign at provides an easy way for anyone with a computer, mobile phone or other Internet-connected device to send a digital thank-you card directly to the White House. There is no cost to participate in this campaign designed to thank President Trump for a record of historic achievement in his first year in office.

And it certainly has been a year of historic achievement. WND kicked off this thank you campaign by compiling a “BIG LIST” of Trump’s accomplishments – many of which have received little notice or outright denunciation from the establishment media. The “BIG LIST” will be updated daily through Jan. 20, the first anniversary of his inauguration. Those who partake in the campaign will also be kept informed of the Trump administration’s new achievements.

Farah says the goal of this campaign is to get millions of Americans participating in a genuine display of heartfelt thanks and encouragement to Trump and his administration for a “breathtaking” record of accomplishment in the face of unprecedented adversity and fierce opposition from Democratic politicians, the entrenched Washington establishment, what Trump calls the “fake news” media and street thugs, some paid and some violent, who have sought to disrupt and subvert the will of the people.

This is not the first innovative political campaign WND has run. The famous “Pink Slip” project sent 9 million messages to Congress on pink paper threatening members with rejection at the polls in November 2010 if they did not act on their campaign promises. That campaign was such a success, it exhausted supplies of pink paper in North America. Republicans picked up six seats in the U.S. Senate and a historic 63 seats in the House of Representatives, regaining control of the House.

Some even credit the 2009 “Pink Slip” campaign with birthing the Tea Party movement, which followed in its wake., originally known as WorldNetDaily, was established in 1997 as the first independent online news agency.
