‘Thank Trump’ campaign hits Breitbart headlines

WND’s Thank Trump Card Campaign is picking up steam and gaining attention from patriotic conservatives all over the country.

Last week was word that Fox News hosts Sean Hannity and Laura Ingraham tweeted about this innovative new campaign, and now Breitbart News has taken notice as well.

Less than a week after the campaign’s official launch, thousands of proud Americans have already gone to ThankTrump.us to send the president a digital card thanking him for all he has done for the country since assuming the office in January.

Anyone with a computer, cell phone or other Internet-connected device can participate in this campaign for FREE by visiting ThankTrump.us, choosing one of six card designs, writing a personalized message if desired, and then clicking “Submit” to send the card directly to the White House.

Out of the thousands of people who have sent a card so far, nearly half (48 percent) have chosen the spiritually themed card that reads “Praying for your continued success! May the Lord bless you and keep you.”

Meanwhile, roughly a quarter of senders (24 percent) have chosen the card with the message “Thank you, President Trump, for putting AMERICA FIRST!”

Ten percent have sent a card mocking former President Barack Obama’s promise: “Thank you, President Trump, for the real Hope and Change!”

“The ThankTrump.US campaign is on fire!” said Joseph Farah, founder and chief executive officer of WND.com. “And clear preferences are being shown by participants for the six digital cards we have been offering. That makes me think we should add another three choices very soon. Our design and tech teams are working on that now.”

WND kicked off the campaign last week by compiling a comprehensive “BIG LIST” of Trump’s accomplishments, many of which have been either lambasted or ignored by the establishment media. The “BIG LIST” will be updated daily through Jan. 20, the first anniversary of Trump’s inauguration. Those who participate in the campaign will also be kept informed of the Trump administration’s new achievements.

“It’s time to credit the Trump presidency, in the face of overwhelming political, cultural and spiritual opposition, for doing much of what it set out to do,” said Farah. “The Trump White House has slammed the brakes on the political freight train leading America into despair, misery, economic decline, oligarchy, socialism, political correctness, debt and unlimited government. Few could have imagined more accomplishment – both symbolic and substantive – in the first year of a presidential administration.”

Farah says the goal is to get millions of Americans to participate in this campaign in a genuine display of thanks and encouragement to Trump and his team for a “breathtaking” record of accomplishment in the face of unprecedented adversity and enraged opposition from Democratic politicians, the entrenched Washington establishment, the “fake news” media and violent street thugs who have sought to subvert the will of the people.

Farah is not counting on the establishment media to cover this campaign; rather, he is hoping the effort will catch fire with help from social media activists, alternative media outlets and talk radio.

“I don’t expect much help from the ‘fake news’ cartel,” said Farah. “But it wasn’t the ‘fake news’ cartel that helped elect Donald Trump president. It was the new independent press, including the pioneer in that area, WND.com. Now, Donald Trump needs encouragement to stay the course, turn up the heat, open up the throttle and continue fulfilling campaign promises one by one. That’s what this campaign is all about, in addition to demoralizing and defusing the angry, thuggish opposition led by the Democrats and establishment Washington.”

WND has run other innovative political campaigns in the past, including the famous “Pink Slip” project, which sent 9 million messages to Congress on pink paper threatening members with rejection at the polls in November 2010 if they did not act on their campaign promises. The campaign was so successful, it exhausted supplies of pink paper in North America. Republicans gained 63 House seats to take control of the House of Representatives in that election.
