Gallups argued that Christians had long suspected these kinds of events would unfold because of predictions in Scripture, but few could have predicted the speed with which everything is unfolding.
“Think of it!” he exclaimed. “The Gulf War, the September 11 terrorist attacks, the Arab Spring, the birth of ISIS and the creation of a ‘caliphate,’ the international refugee crisis, the Supreme Court ‘gay marriage’ ruling, and the radical movement to promote transgenderism. Few could have dreamed of all this even a short time ago. But some of us did, not in exact detail, but we knew something like it was on the way. Because the Word of God said these events are coming.”
Gallups argued that prophecy continues to unfold at every second and says the purpose of his new book is to help believers decode the biblical significance of the extraordinary news which seems to arrive with each new day.
