Something hit the fan Monday in the Twitter feed of actor James Woods.
The Hollywood star, who is well-known for posting his political analysis in social media, is now attacking cities run by Democrats, breaking out the S-word.

"When you drive cross-country, you can tell which party is in power by the roads, the graffiti, the homeless, and the trash everywhere," Woods said.
"Invariably #Democrat cities are just sh**holes," he added, except he did not censor his descriptor.

Woods was responding to a message posted by author Charlie Kirk of Turning Point USA that listed American cities with the highest homeless population.
"All have Democrat mayors, Democrat city councils, and all voted for Hillary by 80%," Kirk noted.

Woods is not the only one to make headlines for unearthing the S-word.
President Donald Trump raised eyebrows in January of this year when he reportedly wondered after an immigration meeting: "Why are we having all these people from sh**hole countries come here?" and "Why do we want people from Haiti here?"

At the time, Woods was among celebrities who defended Trump's characterization.

Woods said: "Rule of thumb: if the water where you live is not potable because local engineers can’t somehow separate well water from sewage water, you live in a #sh**hole country. Literally."
Again, Woods did not censor his own remark.
