Why have the media been ignoring the economy and focusing on the anonymous letter to the New York Times and the new book by Bob Woodward? Because they are part of the establishment, part of the deep state, anti-Trump. And they clearly want Trump to fail even if it hurts working Americans.

From several business TV channels: GDP growth for the third quarter could be higher than in the second, which would put GDP growth on track for the full year at over 3 percent, which would be an annual growth over 3 percent for the first time since the George W. Bush years (even though Obama claimed that 1.5 to 2 percent was the “new normal”). Obama is the only eight-year president to not see an annual growth of 3 percent for any year, including FDR, who did it three times during the Great Depression.

Consumer sentiment is at a 35-year high (since Reagan). Corporate sentiment is at a 35-year high (since Reagan). The effect of tariffs on the economy is tiny, irrelevant. Corporate long-term asset spending is at a 15-year high (since “W”). Unemployment for blacks and Hispanics is at a record low. Wage increases are outpacing inflation for the first time in more than a decade (since Bush 43). U.S. manufacturing and manufacturing employment are growing for the first time in 15 years (after Obama said that manufacturing would never grow again in America). The United States is energy independent for the first time since Eisenhower. (All presidents since Ike promised and failed to accomplish that, until Trump). The quarterly collection of tax revenues in 2018 is at an all-time high.

So, let’s get this straight. On election night 2016, the liberal media cartel stated that the economy would implode within 18 months thanks to the election of Trump. Last January, the liberal media cartel claimed that the economy and stock market were doomed because of Trump tariffs. Last December, liberals claimed that tax revenues would decrease because of the tax reforms Trump put in place.

Why were those liberal pundits so wrong again? How did Trump do it?

1. The cancellation of more than 900 Obama rules, regulations and executive orders, including the repeal of the Obamacare mandate.

2. Reducing tax rates, especially for middle-income families and corporations. Increasing deductions for dependents (children) while cutting/eliminating tax deductions and loopholes for the rich. Repatriation of funds. Accelerated depreciation for long-term assets.

3. Tariffs on products from countries that put tariffs on products from the U.S.

4. Reduction of immigration of all types.

5. Keystone Pipeline. ANWAR. More fracking. More coal. More gas. Energy-friendly legislation, rules, regulations and executive orders.

6. Redos of NAFTA, NATO, EU, Iran deal.

7. Positive leadership and a belief in the exceptionalism of Americans. The process of making America great again.

8. Standing up to the establishment politicians, the deep state and globalists. America First.

How does the deep state affect the U.S.? Deep-staters are embedded in every agency of the federal government, including the EPA, Department of Interior, State Department, Commerce, Labor, HHS, Department of Education, FBI, CIA, NSA, etc. For years, they have been implementing the globalist agenda while not being held accountable to anyone. They are life employees holding non-elected positions; most are not even political appointees. Can you say McCabe, Page, Strzok, Ohr? They’re life employees with lots of power – and now Trump is holding them accountable to implement programs that put the interests of working Americans first. That scares the deep state in every department, including the employees at the White House (anonymous op-ed writer), which is why these people are trying to stop Trump by any and all means possible.

Executive-branch government employees do not have a choice. Trump is the boss of the executive branch, and if an employee subverts his policies/decisions, then that employee is committing sedition. Employee resistance is an act of treason. Would a soldier refuse an order from an officer? Would an officer refuse to implement an order from a general? Would a general refuse to implement an order from the commander in chief? Well, employees of all agencies in the executive branch are subject to the same rules as the military. They all work for the president. The president was elected by we the people through the Electoral College to run the executive branch. Resistance and obstruction are acts of treason.

The media are not bound by the same oath, the same employment structure, the same loyalties as are government employees, so these “journalists” encourage resistance by federal employees by emphasizing the negatives about Trump and publishing stories about those who resist Trump. They ignore all the positive results of Trump’s tenure. They encourage treason.

The results Trump is achieving for the economy and throughout the world show that deep-staters are on the wrong side of what is best for Americans. This includes the media; they are enemies of America.
