Judge throws out Stormy Daniels’ hush-money claim

(Washington Examiner) A federal judge tossed out a lawsuit by porn star Stormy Daniels against President Trump over a nondisclosure agreement barring her from speaking about an alleged tryst.

U.S. District Judge James Otero said the lawsuit “lacks subject matter jurisdiction” and should be sent back to the California Superior Court.

Daniels filed the lawsuit seeking to invalidate the $130,000 agreement that prevented her from speaking publicly about the alleged affair she said happened in 2006, after Trump married first lady Melania Trump. Trump has denied the affair.
