Why? Why does no one who writes, complaining about voter fraud, EVER suggest using a thumb or fingerprint at the polls? It would be so simple to require a print at registration and a print at voting. The print would scare off most easy voter fraud! What guilty party willingly leaves a fingerprint at the crime scene?
