(Airliner Watch) Boeing is having hard time to find available places to store its undelivered 737 MAX jets. The deliveries of the new generation single-aisle jets have been suspended by the American manufacturer itself in wake of two deadly crashes.
Because of worldwide grounding of the 737 MAX jets, Boeing reduced production rate of its best-selling plane ever and halted deliveries. But another problem emerged that needs to be solved immediately. The manufacturer has trouble in finding convenient places to store its newly produced 737 MAXs.
Boeing is now crowding its employee parking lots with some undelivered planes. Last month Boeing started to send some 737 MAX jets to its other facilities in San Antonio and Moses Lake.
