A video has turned up on the web showing U.S. Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich. -- a member of the congressional freshman "Squad" attacking President Trump -- being restrained and forcibly removed from a Trump campaign event just before she was elected to Congress.

The Washington Examiner reported the event was Aug. 8, 2016, when Trump was visiting Detroit.

As she was being removed from the conference room, she shrieked, "You guys are crazy!"
The Examiner reported the footage shows "two security officials holding Tlaib by her arms and guiding her toward the exit while she screamed at the crowd gathered for Trump's speech."

She was among at least 14 protesters removed from the event that evening.
One member of the crowd yelled in response to Tlaib's resistance, "You're an animal."
WND reported in January the warning of Democratic Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz that Tlaib would become a problem for his party.
"If she is the 'new face' of the Democratic Party, we Democrats should begin worrying," he said.
She demanded to be sworn into office on Thomas Jefferson's Quran, perhaps not realizing that Jefferson apparently owned the book to investigate his enemies. The Founding Father was about to launch a war against the Muslim "Barbary Pirates" who had been attacking American ships on the African coast.

She also was accused of deceiving voters by claiming to be moderate on Israel wile supporting sanctions.
Most prominently, Tlaib unleashed a foul rant against President Trump.
