(FOX NEWS) – Memphis police officers are on the scene of a Kroger grocery store where at least a dozen people have been shot, including one who was killed.
The shooter, whose identity remains unknown, is dead of what is believed to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound, police said. The shooting happened at 240 New Byhalia Road in Collierville, Tennessee.
Collierville Police Chief Dale Lane said officers and a SWAT team entered the grocery store going aisle to aisle to rescue employees – some of whom were hiding in the freezer.
