The possibility has come up that Joe Biden paid for his son Hunter Biden’s week-long binge with a prostitute in 2018 by the disclosure of emails that show the two shared bank accounts and paid each others’ bills, according to a new report from the Daily Mail.

The publication, which has been mining for details about the Biden family a copy of a hard drive from a laptop Hunter Biden abandoned at a repair shop, said the president “could become embroiled in the FBI’s probe into Hunter’s finances.”

Hunter Biden disclosed last year that he was under investigation by the FBI.

The report said emails showed the two shared accounts, paid each other’s bills and “the president may have even funded his son’s 2018 drug and prostitution binge.”

The report explained emails between Hunter Biden and Eric Schwerin, a partner at Rosemont Seneca, indicated Schwerin was working on Joe Biden’s taxes and more, including fielding requests for a book deal for the then-vice president.

“It is unclear why Schwerin had this intimate role in the vice president’s affairs rather than government officials in the office of the vice president,” the report explained.

But Hunter Biden’s claim he and his father shared an account suggested the issue of whether those funds “were used for Hunter’s May 2018 week-long bender with a prostitute in a Hollywood hotel.”

The Daily Mail contacted a former federal prosecutor and expert on money laundering and the unidentified individual said if money was flowing between Hunter and Joe, the president could be included in an investigation of Hunter’s money dealings.

“Obviously, if you’re talking about the President of the United States, you’d better have a pretty damn good reason,” the expert explained, however.

The investigation by the FBI and IRS reportedly involves Hunter Biden’s foreign business relationships. While his father was vice president, he was paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to be on the board of Ukrainian gas company Burisma at a time when it was under investigation for corruption.

Joe Biden, handling Ukraine issues for Barack Obama, didn’t hesitate to act.

In fact, he openly boasted of threatening to withhold $1 billion in U.S. aid if Ukraine’s president did not fire the country’s top prosecutor, Victor Shokin, who at the time was investigating Burisma for corruption.

Hunter Biden also reportedly took multiple trips of Air Force Two with his father to set up business deals. And the Daily Mail noted, “The Senate security committee issued a report last year raising fears that the Chinese government was attempting to influence the White House through a billion-dollar business deal between Hunter’s company he co-founded with Schwerin, Rosemont Seneca, and Chinese oil giant CEFC.”

John Cassara, a former U.S. Treasury special agent, said were Joe Biden not president, he might be under review by prosecutors.

“The information available publicly is very worrisome, particularly in the areas of corruption,” he said.

“This kind of thing should not be happening. It undermines full faith in the U.S. government. It undermines trust and our international reputation. It’s an embarrassment.”

The report said the relationship between Joe Biden and Rosemont Seneca was emphasized by the fact the company got special favors, like dozens of tickets to White House events, from the White House.

“When an aide to Sen. Robert Menendez requested VP Biden host the U.S.-Spain Council’s 2010 annual meeting at his official Naval Observatory residence in Washington DC, they contacted Schwerin rather than Joe’s White House office,” the report said.

In the emails, the report said, Hunter Biden complained that half his salary went to paying his father’s bills. The report said Hunter paid $190 a month for Joe Biden’s AT&T phone services and thousands to repair Joe Biden’s Wilmington home.

“In a 2018 email to one of his own assistants, Hunter complained that he had been shut out of his own bank account and that his father had been using it,” the report said.

The report said it the joint account funds also may have been used for Hunter Biden’s May 2018 bender in Hollywood.

“On May 24, 2018, a recently retired senior Secret Service officer, Robert Savage, texted Hunter warning he would ‘have to assume you are in danger’ and commandeer keys to the room if he didn’t come out of his $470-per-night suite at The Jeremy Hotel in Los Angeles where he had been holed up with a Russian hooker to whom he wired $25,000,” the report said.

WND recently reported more than 310,000 – and counting – people have signed a petition seeking an investigation into the allegations of Biden family crimes.

The posting on change.org by government watchdog Judicial Watch points out that there is “substantial evidence, from documents and witness statements, that the Biden family, including President Joe Biden, may have been involved in criminal activity involving, among other issues, foreign entities tied to Ukraine and China.”

After all, “Joe Biden’s son Hunter has already acknowledged that he is the target of a[n] FBI criminal investigation.”

The petition calls for a special counsel to be appointed immediately “because the Biden Justice Department is conflicted in investigating any matter that could implicate President Biden or his immediate family.”

Washington Secrets columnist Paul Bedard explained that Judicial Watch previously “documented Hunter Biden’s travels on Air Force One and Air Force Two.”
