My Pillow guy Mike Lindell says he’s hiring famed legal expert Alan Dershowitz, and others, to help bring a lawsuit against the U.S. government, including the FBI.

A report at Citizen Free Press explained Lindell said, “We are suing the United States government and the FBI. This isn’t just to get the phone back, this is my First, Fourth, and Fifth Amendment rights were broken… We aren’t going to put up with this, we aren’t going to be the Gestapo like in Nazi Germany. We’re being proactive.”

The comments came on a podcast with Steve Bannon.

Lindell explained he’s also working with Andrew Parker, Kurt Olson and “others.”

“I was on the phone with these attorneys, I said ‘no, I want to sue.’ … We have all the lawyers on the phone, they looked at all these statutes, we are going to go to places that no man has gone before. This will set a precedent. This has to stop,” Lindell said.

It was just days earlier, WND reported, that the FBI confiscated Lindell’s phone after agents dispatched in multiple federal vehicles surrounded him while he stopped at a fast-food restaurant in Mankato, Minnesota.

President Trump said, “Breaking News: Mike Lindell, ‘THE Pillow Guy,’ was just raided by the FBI. We are now officially living in a Weaponized Police State, Rigged Elections, and all. Our Country is a laughing stock all over the World. The majesty of the United States is gone. Can’t let this happen. TAKE BACK AMERICA!” he said on Truth Social.

It was only days earlier that Fox News host Tucker Carlson had revealed Attorney General Merrick Garland’s Department of Justice had unleashed another scheme against Trump and his allies, using dozens of “terrifying” subpoenas to demand unprecedented details about private communications.

Targeted then, among others, were a number of lawyers who have represented Trump in recent years.

Lindell had responded to the action, apparently part of the Biden administration’s battle against Trump and his associates, with Bible verses:

“‘Be strong and courageous. Be not afraid or dismayed…for there is…with us…our God to help us.’ 2Ch 32:7-8 AMPC,” he wrote. “Instead of worrying, stand on God’s Word.”

He continued, “Have you lost your sense of peace? Is your mind besieged with worry? If so, begin to program your thinking with these Bible promises—write them down, carry them with you, and read them regularly: (1) ‘The Lord…watches over you…stands beside you…keeps you from all harm…watches over your life…keeps watch…as you come and go’ (Ps 121:5-8 NLT). (2).”

Reports said the FBI “corroborated” elements of the report from Lindell that FBI agents seized his cell phone.

Reports suggested the seizure was related to a case brought by the Denver-based Dominion Voting Systems on suspicion he might be in possession of some documents.

Dominion is suing Lindell for his comments regarding suspicious 2020 presidential election results that resulted from the company’s voting machines.

A commentary at the Gateway Pundit described how the “Stasi-FBI” targeted Lindell.

“Lindell is the latest victim in the DOJ-FBI’s war on Trump supporters and working Americans,” it said. “Just two weeks ago Joe Biden declared war on his political opposition. Biden called out American patriots as a clear and present danger to the nation.

“The U.S. is sliding quickly into totalitarianism. God help us in the days ahead.”

Biden, in fact, at a speech in Philadelphia where he posed Marines on stage and bathed his stage in blood-red light, claimed that Republicans are a threat to the nation in a direct attack on the 74 million who voted for President Trump in 2020.

It was only days earlier that WND documented BizPacReview’s report Carlson was “ringing alarm bells” because of the agenda already evident from the media and the Biden administration to “incessantly” call Trump and his GOP supporters a “threat to democracy.”

“They circled the wagons on 9-11 and basically compared them to al-Qaida in an alarming sentiment that presages political persecution on a level this country has potentially never seen,” the report said.

The report pointed out, “In a chilling act of political intimidation, up to 50 Trump supporters had their homes raided, phones seized or were subpoenaed last Friday by the Department of Justice. The scope of the subpoenas is intentionally wide and vague.”

“Now keep in mind that any claim you make as an American citizen about electors, any claim you make about American politics, period, is protected explicitly under the First Amendment. That’s our core freedom. It’s why we live here. It’s why we’re proud to be Americans. It’s why so many American servicemen died protecting our country. Those are the freedoms that they fought to preserve. That’s why nobody prosecuted leading Democrats in 2016 when they sought to reject electors for Donald Trump. Right. It’s why none of those people, including Kamala Harris, is now in jail,” Carlson noted on “Tucker Carlson Tonight.”

Targets included Bernard Kerik, Jenna Ellis, Stephen Miller, John Eastman, Joe DiGenova, Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell, among a long list of others.

Carlson continued, “But right now, according to the subpoena that we have obtained, Merrick Garland’s DOJ is demanding all communication from the following people on this topic, and let’s be clear before we read their names, that it is not clear what the investigation is actually about and that’s the most terrifying part.

“What is this? On what grounds are you demanding my private communications with people? They never say but included in this precedent-breaking sweep of political opponents of the Biden White House would be former White House adviser Bernie Kerik, who was the former police commissioner of New York City; Boris Epshteyn, who is the current attorney for Donald Trump. At no time in American history has it been OK to grab the personal communications of someone’s lawyer because those are privileged. Not anymore.

“Matt Morgan; Justin Clark; Kenneth Chesebro and Mike Roman; RNC official Joshua Findlay; Trump Attorneys John Eastman, Jenna Ellis, Joe DiGenova, James Troupis, Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, Victoria Toensing, Cleta Mitchell, and Bruce Marks. We could go on and on and on and on,” he said.

Carlson called Biden’s latest scheme “a full-blown political purge. That’s not a talking point. It is not in any sense a conspiracy theory,” he said.

IMPORTANT NOTE: How is it possible that the greatest and freest nation in world history has so rapidly come under the control of serially lying, deranged, power-mad sociopaths – leaders with nothing but contempt for America, for its history, its Constitution, its Judeo-Christian culture and its people? Orwell’s “1984” points directly to the answer: The elites are changing America’s language itself, so that people’s words – and therefore, their very thoughts – inevitably come under the control of the ruling class. It’s a way of bending reality in real time, so that what is illusion appears to be true, while what is real and true appears to be lies, misinformation, “hate speech,” “conspiracy theories” and “extremism.” This extraordinarily powerful but little-understood weapon of war employed 24/7 by the Marxist left is completely explained, exposed and exploded in the August issue of WND’s acclaimed monthly Whistleblower agazine, NEWSPEAK 2022: How tyrants and lunatics are enslaving Americans by redefining everything.
