(JUST THE NEWS) – YouTube said Friday it has restored former President Trump's channel, after suspending it the aftermath of the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot.
"The Donald J. Trump channel is no longer restricted and the ability to upload new content is restored," the the online video-sharing and social media platform told Fox News Digital.

YouTube also signaled the decision was based significantly on Trump running for reelection and voters having full access to his campaign.
