Robert F. Kennedy Jr interviewed by ABC News (Video screenshot)
A court hearing has been scheduled this week for a case being brought by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. against the powers of the internet that are censoring him.
He's contending for the Democrat nomination for president in 2024, and while the Democrat party machinery – apparently – still is behind Joe Biden, the Kennedy name certainly has the potential to disrupt the Deep State's best-laid plans for that vote.

The Hill explains that even though his name is associated with one of the most powerful Democrat families over the years, he's being targeted now.

The opinion piece said, "Not a day goes by that he is not vilified by a left-leaning news site. The vitriol these outlets direct at Kennedy is often far more inflammatory than what they launch against the 'hated' former President Donald Trump on a regular basis."
The commentary said it's because he's been considered for years a "charter member" of the "Democratic/liberal/progressive community" and he knows the "shadowy inner workings" of the Democrat machine better than most.

But during COVID-19, he "strayed." He criticized COVID policy and practice as well as treatments. And he defended doctors, nurses, police, firefighters and more who opposed the mandated shots, and paid a penalty for that.

Which is why a hearing Wednesday before a federal magistrate judge on his request for a temporary restraining order barring Google from censoring his comments on YouTube takes on a huge significance.
His campaign explained he took the legal action in U.S. District Court Northern District of California against Google, LLC and its wholly owned subsidiary YouTube, LLC.
The hearing will be before Judge Nathanael Cousins in San Jose, California.

His campaign explained he is alleging Google worked with the federal government to develop and enforce "misinformation" policies to censor the government’s political opponents, including Kennedy, who is running against President Biden in the Democratic primary in the 2024 count.
"We are grateful that Judge Cousins recognized the importance of this matter and set an early hearing on Mr. Kennedy’s request," explained Scott Street, the attorney leading the litigation. "Google will not suffer any harm from being ordered not to censor Mr. Kennedy during his campaign. But society will suffer if the censorship continues."
Republicans and conservatives repeatedly have complained of censorship by Big Tech, and that topic is the subject of multiple congressional investigations even at this time.
Kennedy's case charges that the censorship schemes under Joe Biden have created a "degree of censorship of a major presidential candidate" that is unprecedented in America.

The Washington Examiner also said Kennedy is charging that videos featuring his comments were removed in violation of his First Amendment right.
"This complaint concerns the freedom of speech and the extraordinary steps the United States government has taken under the leadership of Joe Biden to silence people it does not want Americans to hear," the filing states. "Mr. Kennedy is not the only victim of this censorship campaign, which is unprecedented in American history. But he is a high-profile victim, especially since he is now challenging President Biden for the Democratic Party’s presidential nomination."
The Democrat machine and online platforms accuse him, the son of Robert F. Kennedy, of delivering "misinformation" about the experimental COVID shots that many Americans were forced to take while proof of their side effects, sometimes fatal, remained sketchy.
A report in the Post-Millennial explained the COVID treatments weren't the only way he upset the Democrats power structure.

He also said he would, if elected, allow a national abortion ban.
He said, "I believe a decision to abort a child should be up to the women during the first three months of life. Once a child is viable, outside the womb, I think then the state has an interest in protecting the child. I'm for medical freedom. Individuals are able to make their own choices."
His campaign immediately tried to walk back the suddenly pro-life position.
It released a statement that he "misunderstood" the question because of "noise" at the Iowa State Fair.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To their horror, America’s ruling elites failed to knock out Donald Trump during his four years as president via the fabricated Trump-Russia collusion scandal – conceived and funded by the Hillary Clinton campaign, as the Durham report proves – or through two circus-like impeachment trials. Later came “January 6,” a demonstration-turned-riot by Trump supporters who passionately believed, with good reason, that the recent election – and therefore their country – had just been stolen from them. Members of Congress now want to constitutionally bar Trump from again seeking public office for having instigated “an armed insurrection” (no protester was armed) against America.
Then in March, Trump was indicted in New York on 34 counts of falsifying business records, and in June, still more indictments were filed against Trump – 37 federal criminal charges related to his handling of classified documents. Honest legal experts not in league with the Biden administration openly classify these indictments as somewhere between frivolous and idiotic, not to mention grotesquely politically motivated.
The Deep State’s never-ending persecution of Donald Trump, as well as the incredible back story of the totalitarian agenda Trump’s persecutors are attempting to implement in America and why Trump represents a mortal threat to their nefarious designs – is the focus of the blockbuster July issue of WND’s critically acclaimed monthly Whistleblower magazine, titled “THE PERSECUTION OF DONALD TRUMP: Why the ruling elites loathe – and fear – the 45th president.”
