Businessman Vivek Ramaswamy, a longshot candidate for the GOP nomination for president in 2024, this week withdrew from the race and endorsed frontrunner President Donald J. Trump, prompting Trump to make a comment of significance.
“He’s a fantastic guy, and he’s got something that’s very special,” Trump said. “He’ll be working with us for a long time.”
This, as the crowd was chanting, “VP, VP, VP.”

Just the News reported Ramaswamy touted his support for Trump at an event in New Hampshire, the next state up for a primary decision following Iowa’s nearly unanimous caucus vote for Trump this week.
Following his decision to pull out of the race, literally Ramaswamy’s next event was to appear with Trump, and support his bid, which should add to Trump’s momentum going in to the next few primaries.
Ramaswamy, while withdrawing, said, “[W]e are in the middle of a war in this country… It’s between the permanent state and the everyday citizen… Right now we need a commander in chief who will lead us to victory in this war.
“I think that’s gonna require… a businessman not a politician.”
“I am asking you to do the right thing as New Hampshire, and to vote for Donald J. Trump!”
The crowd then launched into “VP!”
Ramaswamy pointed out that his goal is the same as Trump’s, “to make sure that America First lives on, that Donald Trump is successful as the next president.”
He said, “We are in this for the future of our country.”

WHY are the elites doing this?
It’s not just because convicting, imprisoning, torturing and destroying the lives of hundreds of Trump supporters is meant to terrify and intimidate millions of Americans into submission. And it’s not just because activist judges and bureaucrats in over 30 states are absurdly trying to keep Trump off their state’s election ballots by citing the 14th Amendment’s prohibition against anyone who “engaged in insurrection” from holding elective office.
