Male Inmate IDENTIFIES AS She/Her and lMPREGNATES Female Inmate in California Prison

A convicted criminal, 52-year-old Tremaine Carroll, who identifies as a woman, has been charged with r*ping fellow inmates at the Central California Women’s Facility in Chowchilla. A Madera County judge ruled that Carroll must be referred to with she/her pronouns, despite concerns raised by District Attorney Sally Moreno, who believes Carroll is exploiting the system. Carroll was charged with r*pe in March, with Moreno asserting that Carroll is “not a woman in any sense of the word.”
