WATCH: Driver does ‘Dukes of Hazzard’ stunt in real life

A driver fleeing police in Wisconsin has pulled a stunt like few others seen, unless they were staged for TV.

Specifically, the “Dukes of Hazzard” television show from years gone by, and the constant jumps of other vehicles by Bo and Luke Duke, using their “General Lee” car.

This driver pulled the same stunt while fleeing officers.

Watch:

A report at Not the Bee commented: “I mean, it’s never cool to run from the cops, but if you’re gonna do it then put on a dadgum show!”

The report said a local Fox outlet revealed the police pursuit “came to an end when the driver being chased jumped his car over another car.”

It started on Interstate 41. State troopers responded to a request for help from Fond du Lac County authorities because the driver had a felony warrant in Kenosha County.

The pursuit started. Driver fled.

After the brief “flight,” he was apprehended.

The report said, “The driver is a 44-year-old man from Milwaukee. He was out on a $5,000 signature bond through Kenosha County for operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent. He suffered minor injuries in the crash and was taken for treatment by North Fond du Lac Paramedics before being booked in the Fond du Lac County Jail.”

Added charges? Fleeing, eluding 1st degree recklessly endangering safety, felony bail jumping, and resisting an officer.
