A newly published report documents that agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, armed with a search warrant, confronted ex-Rep. Eric Swalwell, a Democrat, when he stepped off a plane in San Francisco Airport and seized his electronic devices.
That included his cell phone.
They then entered his Washington, D.C., home and took additional “undisclosed potential evidence,” the report said.
The former member of Congress, whose name is prominently connected to the false allegations Democrats in Congress used against President Donald Trump in their failed impeachment schemes during and after his first term in the White House, has been named by at least four women who have claimed sexual misconduct.
That includes a former staff member who alleged the married politician raped her twice when she was too intoxicated to consent in 2019 and 2024, the report charged.
The report said another woman claimed he drugged and raped her in 2018 and two said he sent them unsolicited pictures of his private parts.

“The Department of Justice launched its investigation into the disgraced former congressman in April.
Swalwell, 45, was also being investigated by the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office and the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department,” the report said.
He’s denied the allegations, but he did drop out of a campaign for governor in California when they surfaced.
He also resigned from Congress.
It’s not the only scandal raging about Swalwell now. Just days ago government records were declassified and released confirming his relationship with the Chinese spy known as “Fang Fang,” AKA Christine Fang.
The records, released by the White House Transparency Task Force, included his admission to the FBI that he “occasionally hooked up” with the spy, who allegedly exchanged her favors for permission to place her hand-picked aides in congressional offices and campaign donations.
He’s not facing any accusations of legal wrongdoing in that scandal.
Regarding the other cases, he’s denied wrongdoing but did admit making mistakes in “judgment.”
Thankfully we forced Eric Swalwell to RESIGN! Turns out he’s not just a CREEP facing sexual misconduct allegations, he was sleeping with a Chinese spy who helped place interns in his congressional office while soliciting illegal foreign campaign donations. 🤯
