A report at GB News said the kids faced various accusations from January 2023 to December 2025.
No prosecution or criminal liabilities actually were determined, as the age for criminal responsibility in England and Wales starts at 10.
But, the report said, “Among those recorded as suspects were six two-year-olds, 11 three-year-olds and 20 four-year-olds. Boys accounted for more than three-quarters of the children linked to alleged offences, with violent incidents against other people being the most frequently reported category.”
Paul Webb, a counselor for children’s services in Kent, said, “It’s not great, but we support children of all ages through our prevention programme. We try to get them as early as possible, really help them through our services and talk with parents.”
He cited drug industry activity for many of the problems.
“This is a big problem we’ve seen not just in Kent, but across the South East in particular,” he confirmed, citing 130 sexual offenses allegedly involving children ages nine or younger.
Kent police revealed federal regulations require all incidents be logged, even when the child is just a child.
Reports are accepted from victims, familiy members, schools and other agencies.
A police spokesman said, “Our focus is very much on understanding what has caused a child to become involved in crime so that this can be addressed, often through work with partners to provide effective support measures.”
Scotland’s age for criminal responsibility starts at 12, while a United Nation’s component recommends age 14.
Social media lit up with comments including:
“I always thought that one year old babies were criminal masterminds. I am also now thinking we have become some kind of nightmare dystopian society with this kind of boll*cks going on. Kent Police clearly have too much time on their hands and no brains.”
“There are no words…”
“Whoever reported a one year old …. Needs to be looked at by a therapist!!! This is by far the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever red. How on earth is this even possible!! Who ever reported this child in my opinion is nuts.”
A report at ZeroHedge said, “This isn’t some isolated bureaucratic error. It’s the latest symptom of a system that treats tiny children as miniature criminals or budding bigots while real threats from failed integration and ideological grooming go unaddressed.”
It continued, “This toddler-as-suspect absurdity doesn’t emerge in a vacuum. It mirrors the broader UK push to turn nurseries, schools, and playgrounds into surveillance hubs for ideological compliance. Just weeks ago, nurseries in Wales were urged to report ‘racist’ toddlers to police under a £1.3 million taxpayer-funded scheme.”
ZeroHedge also noted, “Childcare workers receive training to spot and log ‘hate incidents’ by children barely out of nappies, complete with audits for ‘diversity’ and lessons on ‘white privilege.’ Materials for seven-year-olds hammer home ‘white privilege’ and demand kids monitor their language and report peers.”
Also triggering would be any children’s drawings deemed “Islamophobic” by teachers and other officials, the report said.
It warned, “Critics are right to call this Orwellian. Toddlers cannot meaningfully hold racist or transphobic beliefs – they lack the cognitive framework. … The solution starts with rejecting this madness. Reclaim education for basics like reading, maths, and personal responsibility.”
