U.S. forces had been targeting key Iranian locations for a week or so, ever since Tehran bluntly said it was ignoring the memorandum of understanding that included ceasefire plans.
That came after Iran targeted several ships in the Strait of Hormuz, and President Donald Trump confirmed that there would be a response.
There was.
And now there’s apparently going to be another.
The U.S. halted its targeted moves against Iran, but then the rogue Islamic regime unleashed with a “surprise” rocket attack on U.S. assets in Jordan.
That’s not something Trump will ignore.
First U.S. Central Command confirmed there were joint U.S.-Saudi strikes against Iran-backed forces in Iraq in response to a surprise attack on a U.S. base in Jordan.
The report said, “U.S. and Saudi fighter aircraft struck multiple terrorist logistics and weapons sites across eastern Iraq in a strong response to over 30 IRGC-directed aerial drone attacks in the last 72 hours. The unwarranted attacks against U.S. forces were not successful.”

Then, to Fox News, Trump elaborated, graphically.
Reporter Trey Yingst said Trump told him, “We’re going to beat the f—ing s— out of them. … We’ll be hitting them hard. They’re going to get a beating.”
Gateway Pundit said the Iranian attack rockets were “successfully intercepted.”
